1. General Agreement

By registering with or navigating TaxeriPath, you agree to comply fully with these operational guidelines, designed to comply with local laws and provincial standards of Ontario, Canada.

2. Description of Interface Services

TaxeriPath operates an independent document management, checklist orchestration, and structured file organization system. We help you prepare your files before submission, but we do not provide formal legal representation or automated tax submission services.

3. Pricing Structure

Access and tooling are defined by designated plans: Personal (CAD 39/mo), Professional (CAD 79/mo), and Business (CAD 139/mo). Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly schedule unless cancelled through your dashboard before the upcoming billing date.

4. Acceptable Conduct Bounds

You agree not to upload false documents, transmit malicious files, attempt to compromise our system security, or use our digital workspace for fraudulent activity.

5. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the TaxeriPath platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will prevent all audit questions during professional reviews.

6. Applicable Legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Toronto.
